Vintara Eco Resort – Kataragama

This facility was originally a high standard build, however, it was sadly not thriving today. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, the food was good, but the lack of clientele needs to be addressed, perhaps by inviting tour groups combined with a door to door safari service. Prices were a little on the high side compared with nearby alternatives. Glad to have stayed there, lovely find. Quiet location.

Staying at this resort was a deeply disappointing experience.The property is poorly maintained, with a inadequate cleaning standards and rooms that are far from hygienic. The food was hopeless, blad,cold,barely edible.To make matters worse, the resort was clearly understaffed.Definitely not worth spending your holiday in this resort.

My visit to vintara Resort was in April 8 months ago. Still it's the same ideal location. tasty food good Service. Friendly staff.

The location was really great. The Rooms fixtures are just a complement to the very peaceful and quiet surroundings Clean comfortable accommodations, and A/C is a must as it gets very hot. The manager, Mr.Shane so welcoming and ready to look after all we needs. Would 100% recommend a stay here when in Hambanthota especially for nature lovers.

very disappointed,very poor service and maintenance.they charge full board.but at the location they offered only the bed and breakfast for 25000 ,no hot water very poorly maintained washrooms,,very slow service ,su-k.no power backup.not even an emergency lamp.the worst experience in our life.
