Kanola Luxury Hotel

We booked a stay at this hotel, but after arriving at the property, we found it to be very dirty. The room hadn’t even been wiped down, and there was dust and dirt everywhere. *Not recommended.* We also read the reviews before booking, but we can’t believe why people left positive comments about such a poorly maintained hotel.

This place is nice and staff was very friendly. Food was very nice and they have served big portions of food. Rooms are spacious. They have a small swimming pool in the 2nd floor. Staff has supported to prepare Kiri Ahara Poojawa in timely manner and was nicely done. They can park 13 vehicles inside the hotel even it is been a city hotel.

The rooms were not clean, and the overall management was very poor. The staff seemed disorganized. We were promised a good buffet over the phone, but when we arrived, the menu was completely different from what was promised. Very disappointing experience

This is, without a doubt, the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The sheets smelled awful, as if they hadn't been washed in a long time. The room was full of insects, which was very unpleasant. The shower, if you can even call it that, had no curtain and was almost right next to the toilet, making the whole bathroom a mess every time you used it. To top it off, some guests were making noise in the pool well past midnight, and no one from the hotel did anything about it. In short, a terrible experience. I won't be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
