The location is excellent, with serene surroundings and convenient access to nearby attractions. The property is well-maintained, reflecting good care and attention. There are two helpers on-site who are very supportive and go out of their way to ensure guests have a comfortable experience. One of the highlights is the BBQ facilities, which add a fun and interactive element to the stay, especially for families and groups. Overall, I highly recommend Yala Bay Resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway in Tissamaharama.

Great location. Only a 2 minute walk to the completely empty beach! The hotel has a huge yard with some beautiful view from the roof terrasse. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was OK and the bed was not too hard. It was mostly clean but not exceptionally clean as we already experienced in other hotels at this price range. Plus, the bathroom definitely needs a renovation but for 2 nights it was OK. Note that this place is about 15 min away from the next town.

However, the exceptional surroundings and calm atmosphere compensated for this minor drawback. One of the highlights of this resort is its peaceful setting without any hassle. It was a true haven for relaxation and unwinding, providing a much-needed break from the fast-paced world. I appreciated the cautionary measures taken by the resort to ensure guest safety from wildlife, with electric fences surrounding the area. It's important to be mindful of the surroundings and follow the resort's guidelines to fully enjoy the experience without any worries. Overall, I had an unforgettable time at this resort, thanks to its superb location, serene ambiance, and stunning views. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. Attractive location with very friendly and helpful staff. But there are 3 - 4 stray dogs in this place. Also need to do maintenance of drainage lines and showers.

A tremendous location surrounded by a beach with a bay, a forest and a river. Ideal for all kinds of nature lovers. A part is reserved as a holiday bungalow for Commercial Bank. Free horse rides (if you know how) and photos with ponies. A fascinating penthouse with classy facilities.
